Few minutes back, I was sitting before the idiot box and seeing some really dumb shows. I just realized that I was so jobless in life to sit and watch them. When I was just about to switch it off, I accidentally came across a news channel, which was showing Sri Ravishankar’s interview. He was talking about Sudharshan Kriya and about the power of meditation and pranayama. Since I am interested in all these things I was watching his interview and few things, which he told, really caught my attention.Emotions of human beings will still continue to flow the same way as before but the only point is that after they start practicing Sudharshan Kriya, they will be aware of certain things. They will be able to acknowledge them and will be able to fell the power from within. EACH AND EVERY HUMAN BEING IS DIVINE AND ARE UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES(these were the exact words which he told and it really made me thrilled coz these were the exact words which I heard in the workshop from a set of 18-22 year old guys!).

then little while later i realised that we guys at PEOPLE FIRST(18-22 year olds) are doing something which has taken someone years together to realise and preach!!!

this makes us REALLY EXTRAORDINARY!!!
